Disappointed
I was really excited about my order, but a few days later, I was informed that one of the items was out of stock and wouldn’t be available for a few months. I reached out multiple times for an update, and eventually expressed my concern that no one was responding to my emails. When I did receive a reply, I was simply told the item was out of stock and expected to arrive in early May.
Now that we’ve reached the end of April, I’ve sent another email asking for a status update and haven’t received any response. Out of curiosity, I went online and attempted to reorder the same table to see if it would show an out-of-stock message—but it didn’t. It feels misleading to allow customers to place orders for unavailable items and only notify them of the delay afterward.
At this point, I have no clear idea when my order will arrive, and I haven’t heard from anyone. I would really appreciate it if someone could reach out to me directly via phone or email with an update.
