Took way too long to receive.

Shipping took too long, and there were long delays with no communication

Francis and Wayne where great taking care of this Well, let’s hope the refund does get applied. Nothing yet and it’s been almost two weeks

I constantly have issues with the website, making the shopping experience frustrating. My granddaughter told me that it might just be my computer though.. Despite this, the customer service team has been helpful and responsive. The delivery team also did a good job with the final delivery.

The furniture is fantastic, but the delivery date was postponed multiple times. We were given a week's notice, only to be informed the night before that it was coming a day earlier. The delivery company kept asking for an extra $200 for white glove service. I’ll consider other options before buying again from France & Son. However, I must say their communication was thorough, and the delivery team was professional.
