Are patches correct, plus no white glove delivery. I paid $100 but they said their company didn’t do that? Need refund and verification that chair came with patches.

My shipment is delayed and I have no idea when it’s going to get here. Also, when I first made the purchase, it said on the website free shipping and then I started getting emails from the company saying I owed $200 in shipping and had to take time out of my day to call only to find out I didn’t owe anything for shipping.

The delivery set up is difficult as there is no easy method to communicate with the delivery service - email/ text contain no contact or email address

It is a very difficult website to navigate. Very confusing and I won't shop again, despite the excellent selection. The delivery time is borderline -way too long.
