Wait time frustration is everywhere.

Perhaps unfair due to supply chain issues but everything is taking an inordinate amount of time to fulfill. I was happy to hear one of my products was being shipped but then told it was a mistake and not my order. Frustrating.

Cancelled order due to extended shipping frame

Beautiful home furnishing pieces, I ordered the Zafal Dining table but had to cancel because the shipping process was taking longer than expected and communication kept going back and forth with details that kept changing. Bummer I had to cancel because I LOVE the dining table.

Disappointed in communication

Place an order several months ago that was supposed to be here by end of April. No contact from Forom, and they respond about 50% of the time when I email to ask status. I still haven't received my piece, or any updates on it, even though they told me it was in the port 2 weeks ago and ready to go soon. I hope the piece itself lives up to my expectations once it finally arrives. Forom, if you are reading this, please contact me and let me know the status. I'm disappointed in your communication so far.

Is my chair ever coming?

I ordered a chair in April. It said it would be delivered in June. It's August and I still have no received it. However, nobody feels the need to update me at all about it. Instead, I constantly have to email and ask them what's going on, and they reply saying "it's coming soon" but really have no idea when it's coming.

Poor communication

Since I ordered my item communication has been horrible. Ordered, item was said to be in stock, item was confirmed via email and waited for shipping email. 3 weeks later get an email asking to confirm my item was delivered and this is where everything just went down hill. Turns out my item was not in stock but I had already been fully charged and despite all emails from forom asking me to confirm delivery experience there was no communication saying my item would be delayed. I had to call 3 times to be told my order was now a preorder. I am still waiting on my item but again was fully charged.
