where is my order.

I placed an order. I did not hear anything. Then received a delivery date. 2 months after the date I had to request a date again. Please try to keep your customers informed about their order. It seems like that would be an important part of the business.

First time customer - poor experience with tracking and order fulfillment

Great customer service on sales side, communication much less proactive after transaction. Were told the white glove add-on only applied to half the order after placing the order. Half of our order (6 chairs) were shipped to a completely unknown address and not able to be fulfilled. This is a very small distribution company with a gorgeous website. I would take the time to reach out via email prior to ordering to understand stock, lead-time, and what white glove covers. Would likely not recommend this company to a friend or colleague.

What the hell?

The delivery took months longer

The delivery took months longer than stated, the customer service was terrible. No communication.

Disappointing

I placed an order on 4/27 for an in stock item that says would ship out within 72 hours on the website. Two weeks went by and I sent an email to get an update. I was told that it would the shipped the following week. The following week comes and I hear nothing so I send another email and haven’t gotten any communication back. I then attempted calling many times and finally got a hold of someone who told me it would be shipped the current week. The current week is here and still nothing. Today is 5/28 and of course is a holiday weekend so I will have to wait until Tuesday before I contact Forom again. I don’t know what happened to my order with no communication from Forom. I am not very happy as it’s been over a month. I don’t even want the item anymore. I would suggest indicating more accurate shipping times and take the initiative to reach out to customers when things fall behind schedule. The service provided to me has been very disappointing.
