It looks beautiful. Easy assembly. Would appreciate instructions on how to maintain the wood, how to handle spills etc. Does it need any protective coating? Will use placemats but scared of any marks from wine or water glasses.

I have ordered three, soon to be four, beautiful rugs. They arrived quickly, very well protected and packaged, and in perfect shape. My home looks SO lovely with the addition of these. Thank you!

Shopping on your website was easy, straightforward and efficient, and appreciate the direct access to be able to track your order. Customer service via email was responsive, but felt like it was difficult to access someone in person (by phone). We are happy with our shopping experience and the product we ordered, but the freight carrier you chose was not effective nor communicative and our shipment was unnecessarily delayed and rescheduled.

Products are well made and delivery was fast. Website had delivery glitch that made it very difficult to complete purchase.
