Terrible Service

I called twice and spoke to customer service to get tracking number or to find out if item is on back order or not. The person I spoke with picked up the phone and just said, “hello” without indicating the name of your company which is very unprofessional. They told me that they would have to hear back from their warehouse in Burbank to confirm whether they have item in stock. To date, I haven’t gotten any followup email or call to let me know status. I’m starting to wonder if your website is a scam. I will call one more time next week and if I don’t get a satisfactory answer regarding the status of my purchase I will cancel order.

Products look lovely online but disappointed with customer service

We still have not gotten what we ordered. I’ve had to follow up over the course of the past six months because I don’t get any visibility on what the status is. I’ve gotten random emails saying that if I haven’t gotten the order to contact you guys. I was told it should ship last week two weeks ago but have not gotten a confirmation. I tried calling leaving messages to no avail. I am beginning to wonder if this is an actual store. I’ve experienced delays with other stores but customer service here has been disappointing.
