Their customer service needs some help.

Very pure service, I ordered 2 pillows a month ago and i'm still waiting for them to arrive. The bad part is they never contacted me to let me know there was a back order issue.

Terrible customer support. Missing product.

Not good- too thin. I had to use two pillows to get one.
