Terrible pillow.

4 Months waiting...not happy at all with the product. One of them appears not to be a Fluff at all, came from Amazon shipping!! If I received their soft, I hate to see what the harder pillow version is like.

I never received the original order, nor did I receive the replacement order.

I still do not have the item that I ordered.
