Quite expensive

I haven’t received they yet.

The flooring was well priced, the WhatsApp communication via the website was really useful and the flooring itself was good quality. What wasn't so good was two of the packs were not secured and both split open. We had 9 (turns out 10 but we didn't notice till after) damaged tiles. There's 12 in a pack so that's more than three quarters of a pack lost. Fortunately I had ordered extra for wastage so I was able to continue laying what we had. I was offer a refund or replacement which at first seemed a prompt response but when the refund arrived it was at less than half of what it should've have been. When I queried it I was told sorry you're not happy. . . so I queried again, pointing out the calculation couldn't possible be right and eventually I was offered the correct amount. I just don't think I should've had to chase and query twice, nor be made to feel I was asking for something more than I was simply entitled to.

When I rang to order, I was told if placed my order by 12 noon, as it was stock items they would be despatched the same day. I did the but my order was not despatched until 3 days later. Annoying, as I would have paid extra for the delivery had I have known.

Phone options unclear if you just want to speak to someone not in any store. Product not wrapped in bubble wrap do some packs damaged. This happened twice.
