I recently purchased 2 orders First order no issue except delivery took longer than expected considering the high delivery cost ! Second order was delivered damaged All packaging was torn and open the flooring was damaged and chips on most of the pieces After lots of emails I was offered a refund for half a pack Which was not worth the inconvenience Especially as the delivery fee is cost was £50 ! For 3 packs The courier did not deliver my order in tact therefore the delivery charge should have been refunded Will not use this service again

I didn’t receive my second requested sample of engineered wood flooring , am I only allowed 3 ?

Product very good and great price, delivery was prompt, only issue is we had one damaged pack and am struggling to get a replacement pack.

Wasn’t the best communication when I made an enquiry. Delivery driver was miserable and was slamming my £1000 floor down in the hallway and showed up 3 hours late without even a courtesy call. Couldn’t get in touch with the courier depot to find out if the delivery was still being made, but thankfully he did eventually show up so 🤷🏻‍♀️ mid service.
