By the time the sample arrived, I'd forgotten i had requested it from floor direct and had already bought the flooring from another company. The sample looked quite good and may use this company in the future.

Purchased some flooring which is nice and in the sale. But when I paid I was told it was plus VAT. No mention on the prices in-store and as a branch manager myself I voiced my opinion to the lady at the counter. The prices should show excluding vat and the inclusive price. Also delivery charges not shown.

I didn't get the free promo underlay as promised on the website with the promo code.

Ordered samples online and haven't received them. The team messaged on WhatsApp to show me the orders I made. I sent a messaging asking for them to look into my order as they haven't been received and I didnt get a reply.
