I was not informed before delivery nor was I told it would arrive on a pallet. I live in a terraced house with no space to drop pallet.

Still haven’t received samples ,

Ordered 3 samples only 1 arrived

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired especially when you have the phone put down on you refusing to listen to what I had to say in regards to what I had been told on the 2 previous phone calls that I was getting a delivery that day ,took the day off work for there not be a delivery that day but apart from this I found the flooring lovely and looks good quality

It can take sometime for the app to catch up. Items I have had delivered are still being listed as on their way.
