The quality of the flooring in the sample seemed excellent but it was too small to see the actual design of the flooring.

The flooring I purchased, baltic dark oak is lovely. Looks really good fitted, Your chat customer service however is shocking. Asked for postcode for delivery was then left on hold on chat for nearly an hour before someone came back to me, got told my delivery would be the Friday so arranged fitting for the delivery to then not come till the Monday, was longer than the 3-5 days delivery schedule in the end! Also no reply when you call the telephone number on the website. Would recommend the flooring but not the actual company.

Extremely poor communication I would not recommend this company I had no idea when it was arriving eventually it just turns up

The flooring is what I ordered and meets my requirement. However, the delivery service is poor, zero. There were no means to track when the order was processed, when it was handed to the courier, who the courier was, what day the flooring was expected and time of day. I had to telephone Flooring Depot (they could remember who the courier was) and e-mail to get a response. I eventually received a text giving a 3hr delivery window. The delivery took 8 working days (over a total 12 calendar days). The courier drivers did telephone on the day when he was close to delivery, he was very good. In short, it’s the tracking facility which is lacking in the service. Would I purchase again. Unlikely unless website service is improved. The flooring looks great.

It was shipped a week later even though I brought them in August 2023 and asked for them to be delivered on the 10 January. Also I was told that they would ring me an hour before delivery but they didn’t and it was left in the foyer of our flats even though there was a lift but the driver said no
