Sample tiles ordered but not delivered.

Supposed to arrive in around a week but mine didn't which I don't mind but all I got were silly bot messages saying " someone will deal with this tomorrow" but "someone" didn't .

As soon as I placed an order I kept getting emails offering me discounts off delivery costs and a WhatsApp message asking me to reply if there was anything I needed. The Well I replied twice and emailed saying I wasn't happy and wanted my discount or I'd leave a rotten review but nobody bothered to answer any of my communications. The flooring turned up on a pallet with the boxes soaking wet despite being wrapped in film. I dried it out and I'm happy with the floor. Now they keep sending me messages asking for a review. So I'll keep telling them what I think! If you can get what you want elsewhere I suggest you avoid this company.

First, the delivery person did not place my package in front of the door. Second, there are tiles with varied hues and sizes. To complete my project, I need to acquire more packs; some of them are damaged. Why? I'll seek a refund.

I placed my order and had it confirmed then not long after received two emails saying my order was still in the basket and I was entitled to 35% off delivery having just paid £50! Then I got a WhatsApp thanking me for my order and to get in touch if there was anything I needed. Well I wanted my 35% off but despite replying and complaining and also emailing compete silence. When the pallet arrived despite being wrapped in cling film the boxes were soaking wet. I sent another WhatsApp still no reply. Seems they couldn't care less so suggest you shop elsewhere.
