Hi , I bought the Spanish cedar flooring which is a quality product, but the colour was no where near the promotional video of the said product! So was left a bit unhappy of the overall finish.

The product was nothing like the promotional video of the flooring of which I thought I was getting! The quality is good but the colour was nothing like.

Not the first time I’ve used floor depot but disappointed with the process this time. No communication at all (apart from receiving the invoice) until I chased it up after nearly 2 weeks. On the flip side the flooring arrived in good condition. Just need to sort out the little communication issues. I will think twice before using them again.

The floor was dispatched quickly, infact it came within 2 days, the delivery driver was very helpful and carried it into my hallways as the pallet was awkward to get through my front gate. The flooring is beautiful, but definitely get the extra 10% as some boards have chipping on the corners, which is to be expected as I've had this with previous floor purchased from b&q which I collected myself. I would've given 5 stars however I wanted to return the scotia as even though it was recommended to go with this floor it does not match, and to date no one has contacted me to arrange a return for this. I have emailed, what's apped and they don't answer the phone so I'm stuck with it and down £67
