Fireplace doesn't work and cannot get a replacement.

We didn’t receive the ash bucket instead we received 52 lbs kindling sticks. We’ve sent 2 emails and have done 1 review.

We received a box of wooden firestarters, 52 lbs. worth instead of a ash bucket. We emailed what had happened and no response.

I not happy at all. I did not get what I had ordered. I ordered the green stone not black. I do like the size that it.
