M2 - Fireplaces Direct

We bought a fireplace and the log kit to keep warm from the winter storm that was coming in our area. We had our local gas company come out to our house to install it and it wouldn’t work.

Would not accept my return. Will never shop here again.

I received the log set but it does not come with the burner, which makes it worthless.

I do not recommend doing business with this company. They have a short period to report damage, but it's hidden somewhere in the ordering process. Keeps them from having to fix their mistakes.

Horrible. Closed for 10 days and wouldn't cancel my order when I asked. Who closes a business for 10 days, and doesn't earn their customers?
