Not compatible for Hearth & Home fireplaces.

Very unhappy that I was charged shipping to return a defective product.

Looks like good quality but their shipping is poor, they only used bubble wrap and put it on a pallet, it arrived bent to bits and badly scratched.

I bought a gas log unit and had client change their mind. Tried to send back within the returnable time frame and after many emails, I was told bc the cardboard box on top was torn a little they can’t return it. Unit came like that. I have not moved it from my garage. Now I am stuck trying to figure out how to get this moved. It’s heavy.

Product doesn’t work would like a replacement
