Quality of the screen is very poor- feel very strongly that I got totally screwed

Remote ignitor didn’t work. Never heard back from customer service. Ordered new set up. Works correctly. There turn around time is terrible. I own a heating company and original remote igniter was unsafe for customers house if I didn’t go around customer service they still be waiting.

My fireplace showed up all scratched on the face with a couple of dents in it. I was mailed a can of spray paint. It’s going to take a fair amount of time to make this look new again. I’m not happy and won’t use this company again!
