M2 - Fireplace Remote Controls

wrong one for my logs obviously, the old one was destroyed by corrosion and my logs won't work without a controller

I left a message on the voicemail that the receiver does not respond to the remote which is working. We are still having to do manual control. Perhaps the receiver is wrong for this remote. Please advise Brad Buell 701–2 26–3413. Thank you.

Remote receiver arrived but I’m not able to connec to the remote handheld even though it was supposed to be plug and play.

I received the replacement remote control and it worked for two-days, now it's not working. I'm not sure if it's the receiver that has the problem. Our old remote was working finem then it stopped working, just as this one did. any assistance would be helpful. Thank you.
