I bought the receiver as a replacement from a company in Iowa, near Cedar Rapids. I installed it, and it worked briefly, then stopped. I sent pictures and asked for help, but never received a response.

Received incorrect remote
We requested a remote with information of “ SMART-STAT-II “
What we got was a “ SMART-BATT-II”
The one we received will not link up with our fireplace. And did not realized this until our service tech came yesterday. He realized that you sent me the incorrect unit. I need to return and either get a full refund or get the correct remote. Please inform me of your decision.
