Sent a damaged desk, then didn’t replace it.

No description of rod diameter. Of I knew how small it was would not have purchased.

Shipping is terrible. Customer service is not very helpful.

Unsatisfactory

When I ordered this product, the dimensions were not listed. It is called a file cabinet, so I believed hanging files would fit. They do not. I contacted customer service and was offered a $20 refund. The cabinet is of no use to me as it can't hold files. It was a complete waste of money and false advertisement when I ordered it.
