Original shipment was damaged prior to getting to my door. (4/7/22) Luckily I have UPS notifications for my address and received that info prior to receiving any notice from the company. I actually had to reach out to the company about my order even after it had returned to their distribution center. (4/10/22) I requested another shipment hoping it would make it in time for an office grand opening/renovation. It did not. I have not opened the package to indicate the quality of the product, since I had to go out and purchase another desk.
Now I am being told I have to pay 15% restocking fee for a product that I didn’t receive the first time, had to contact the company myself, and the second shipment was too late for my need.
Terrible customer service. I can’t attest for the product quality.
