Shipping took about a week. Could be faster, especially when replacement parts are being sent to us; that took a week too so our apartment was a mess while waiting for the parts to come. Customer service was friendly, helpful, and responded the next day each time (could've been faster but fast enough). Quality control needs improvement. Overall a good experience though!

Overall good quality, however a pre drilled hole fell apart upon using. setup Instructions Could be better. But overall a good quality desk
