Did have an issue with instructions for design on-line but not the new design. They did respond quickly with the updated assembly instruction.

No issues. I would order from this company again.

Love the product. Had to spend a little more as the one I was going to order was out of stock. A little tricky to put together; but now that I have it - it's great!

The ordering process and product itself are nice. I like the fact that you can customize the desk with different features. The package arrived wet and ripped up. There were some areas of the wood on the desk that were affected but not enough for me to package the desk back up in a new box (i have pictures, the box arrived in no shape to be able to send it back in the same box) and ship it back. Like the desk so far outside of the packaging and the small pieces that were water warped.

Pretty good products. Will probably shop again in the future.
