Ordering was easy. Item came quickly. Carton was damaged due to size and weight. Desk top also had minor damage.

I was updated regularly about the shipping status throughout the process. The base and the top were shipped from different parts of the country so waiting for one piece to show up before being able to get my whole desk was a challenge only for myself.

Was quoted a price for 2 feel but only got one. Fortunately that is all that I needed

Shipping took about a week. Could be faster, especially when replacement parts are being sent to us; that took a week too so our apartment was a mess while waiting for the parts to come. Customer service was friendly, helpful, and responded the next day each time (could've been faster but fast enough). Quality control needs improvement. Overall a good experience though!

Customer service was a little vague on technical details but helped me make the right choice in the end. Very satisfied
