Quite frankly I'm disappointed in my shutters they are just not what I thought they would be and it was my first time ordering something like this online. As they were special order I have to live with my mistake. Also I had special ordered smaller size screws with my second order and they did not arrive.

We purchased 2 sets of window panes. The quality was ok for the price. The bigger issue is that we ordered them in the color white. However they ended up being more egg shell colored than white. They didn't match our brand new actually white garage doors. Now it looks a little funny. Unfortunately we also ordered them in a custom size so I don't think we can return them.. Just know the color might not be what you think.

The shutters were piece together, not molded as I believed they would be. It makes them feel flimsy. I should have looked elsewhere for a more solid shutter.

the last round of shutters I ordered had a problem when they arrived. The tops weren't staying in place and on some appeared to be too big for the shutter and had cracked out the corners of the shutter. I called and the girl told me that the plant was shut down for the holidays so it would take a couple weeks before new ones could even be made so I made due as we had to close the house before I could get new shutters.

I was surprised when the shutters arrived. The grade of plastic used was not even to par of what Lowes uses. They were flimsy, had a very thin profile and the raised panel portion just was not a good replica of a wood shutter.. not eve close.
