did not know that mounting screws already came with shutters so I have double the amount since I ordered extra screws that I did not need

your shutters look great but some of the attach points to the cross members were undone and we had to be very careful when attaching to house to keep them straight

I was not impressed with the product quality at all, wholesalers shutters quality are much better for half the price , problem was the custom size that I needed

Overall...the product is okay. The shutters are more flimsy than what I expected but look good on the house. When ordering I was under the impression the product would ship within 24 - 48 hours. I was disappointed that I had to call back in to see when I would receive the product. After calling the product shipped pretty quickly. The customer service person I was in contact with was great.
