Months ago I emailed about a pair of 84" panel shutters we bought from your company, that the homeowner wanted replaced due to warping. I was asked to send a photo, which I did and never heard a thing. So i feel that this is not good. I would really appreciate someone getting this matter resolved. Thanks

Disappointed in the quality of the product and assembly. Edges and panels didn't match up leaving gaps. They did refund me $42 if the $160 purchase which was nice but I probably wouldn't recommend them to others. Sorry, just being honest...

Tought they came with batteries & remote. Will go thru amazon next time.

I called to return shutters that were ordered the wrong size. I was disappointed to hear about the 35% restocking fee... that seems unnecessarily high to me! I will see what shipping costs and may have to keep them anyway.. This will be a consideration if I use your company in the future...
