I am very satisfied with the quality and pricing of these exterior shutters. In addition, I was happy to receive free shipping which was also very timely. I realize the vinyl fasteners for these shutters are acceptable industry standard quality, but I wish there was an upgrade available which would include a higher quality fastener which would hold better. My previous shutters came off of my house due to the fasteners becoming brittle over time and breaking; these new fasteners look identical. Perhaps an aluminum fastener with a vinyl mushroom head for appearance would hold better over time. No worries, however, because I used a couple of screws in each shutter in inconspicuous locations for additional installation support.

I was not able to purchase some of the shutters for the length needed locally so I ordered them from your company. When they arrived one set was damaged in transit. I called several times and visited with very courteous people. After several tries I talked to someone who was able to take care of the replacement. Also, with the original order I ordered narrow shutters for my front door. After several calls I find out they don't have the width I was needing so I settled for a narrower shutter. So far I have not received this order. Will call once again to see if and when it will be shipped. When I receive the shutter set, this will complete the original order. I did pre-pay when the order was placed and will look forward to receiving the final set of shutters.

we received the shutters and they look very nice. The timeframe was within what you had promised and we are very satisfied. The only thing that could be better is a quicker delivery.

The good: Once we had these shutters painted and installed on our house they look pretty good. The bad: When we received them I could not believe how flimsy they were. The plastic was like the material that plastic milk gallon bottles are made out of. They were poorly stabled together with small thin staples. Two of the shutters were falling apart as I was taking them out of the box. I had to repair them myself before I installed them. I had special ordered the size so I knew I could not return them. I fixed and carefully installed them. I'm worried about their durability, but so far so good.
