Customer service was good and the product was delivered quickly.

the filters themselves work very well for what i need. they clear the well-water sediment, the metal taste, and the slight sulfur smell. the problem is the filter system itself. it is not very user friendly. the cartridges are awkward to remove because they are full of water and they do not seal very easy when replaced. i always have to set them up and disconnect a few times before i get it to a slow DRIP leak. i think the design should be changed. maybe the filters install on the top instead of attaching from the bottom.

I’ve had the unit up and running for the past 2 weeks now and theres a subtle leak coming from above the SED filter. I’ve already removed and reseated it and it’s still leaking from the top and dripping down the side of the frame.

Good product. But, I am still waiting on a refund for the wrong filters I purchased first and returned a month ago!

The order was placed on January 3rd and received on the 30th. I assume that because it was coming from California the fires were causing problems for the shipping.
