Did not receive all the filters that was to be included in the set. Called just after receiving the package and still waiting on the missing filter so I can change the set. Have not even received any communication that it has been shipped so I really don’t know if it is on it’s way or not

I wrote a comprehensive review already just before this screen popped up. I'm not going to start over and write it again. You just lost a star because of this review process.

Installation problems in that there were nit the correct parts for what should have been a standard installation. Stainless steel sink. Filters were difficult to screw on even with wrenches. It required a hammer to hit wrens in order to screw filters on tight enough to prevent leaked once system is pressurized.
