The service with Ernesta and their rugs have always been excellent. I have two of their rugs. This last one was number three. Perfect as always. However the delivery service this time was very disappointing.

I’m still waiting for my 2nd runner to come- it’s been a long time!

The entire experience at Ernesta was excellent right from the beginning to receiving our rug. We loved the large samples, and especially having a contact person we could reach out to for any questions and assistance. The rug arrived sooner than we expected, and was packaged very well. We will definitely come back to this company if we need any additional rugs!
