The entire experience at Ernesta was excellent right from the beginning to receiving our rug. We loved the large samples, and especially having a contact person we could reach out to for any questions and assistance. The rug arrived sooner than we expected, and was packaged very well. We will definitely come back to this company if we need any additional rugs!

Happy all around

The overall product (rug) is great. Easy order process and shipped within stated time but once the rug is shipped; it’s not easy to track the shipment. This needs to be more transparent to the customer when we can expect delivery via truck/delivery service.

Service was A++. They actually had a rep call and ask me if I made my decision yet and followed me through the whole routine. Delivery was delivered before time expected.

Fast delivery and like that they notified me when it arrived
