I was so happy that I could order 5 samples for a nominal amount and then order another 5 when I still wasn't sure what I wanted to choose. The customer service rep was very nice. I ended up loving my new rug! Since the rug was for a very long wide hallway, rugs from other vendors were not even close to the right size, so Ernesta was a great find with custom measurements.

I just happened to wander in to the perfect rug shop — on the UES — for replacing wall to wall carpeting in two bedrooms downtown; a random discovery of a place with profoundly beautiful options and a lovely, thoughtful and dedicated staff. Totally pro on delivery and installation and the rooms are simply transformed. Lotsa stars in my rating.

First time ordering with Ernesta. Samples were very very useful and they include a pre paid mailer to send them back when finished. So important to actually feel the material before purchasing. Once I placed an order received my rug within 10 days!
