Though we looked first at the online store after getting an ad on instagram, there is a store location in our neighborhood which is where we purchased our rug. Our experience in the store was great and it didn't take us long to make a choice as we found exactly what we were looking for with Indie's help. Delivery was speedy and the day of I was contacted and knew when to expect the guys who were right on time- early actually, they texted ahead to see if it was okay to be early-very good service. If a white glove service was available to have professionals put it down I think we would partake. It's a lot of work getting it unpacked and on the floor, we accomplished it but it was hard work with a 9x12 rug. The rug is beautifully made and of high quality. , we love it. It looks great it our room and we are super happy with it.
