We purchased this sofa about five months ago and have been very happy with its design, comfort, and overall quality. It’s stylish, well-made, and a great addition to our home. The delivery team handled the sofa carelessly, causing it to fall during the process, which resulted in internal damage and creaking noises over time. Fortunately, EQ3’s customer service team was exceptional. They took our concerns seriously, responded promptly, and arranged for a full replacement without hesitation.
