Once the product was ready, it shipped very quickly. The EQ3 team was good at keeping me updated. Good quality furniture and I like that it's made in Canada!

About a week after I bought it, I noticed another store was selling the same model at 20% off. I reached out to the customer service team to ask if they offer price adjustments — and to my surprise, they did! They refunded me the difference, which made the experience even better. Not only did I get a top-quality chair, but I also really appreciated the responsive and fair customer service. Very happy with the purchase overall.
