Shipping and communication was not good.

My package was ordered on the 15th, I reached out on the 23rd to see where my package was. I was only then informed my package had been back ordered but that it would ship out that night and I would have it by the 28th. Great. Except only my package label was created the 24th and the actual item did not actually ship until the 28th.

Demand for review from vender before product delivery. Way to go, IT!

No pretense. I don’t care anymore about your review process than you care about your delivery. Delivery will probably be on time, TOMORROW! But since you demand a review prior to completion of the transaction, you get what you get.
