Not good product and return is not initiated even after 15 days of buying

order #9863 I checked my mailbox for the order delivered yesterday via USPS. It marked as delivered but I don't have the package.

I made a request for a return because the online measurements of the products did not match the products delivered to me, but I still haven’t heard anything about how to actually return the products. The products delivered are a bit larger than the online measurements so they do not fit in the lunchboxes as planned.

My package was ordered on the 15th, I reached out on the 23rd to see where my package was. I was only then informed my package had been back ordered but that it would ship out that night and I would have it by the 28th. Great. Except only my package label was created the 24th and the actual item did not actually ship until the 28th.

I still haven’t received my product
