the ice tray separator doesn't fold flat and gets stuck in the up handle position. It's an expensive ice cube tray to not work properly.

The package came in with one handle broke. highly disappointed.

These are nice and practical and I was hoping to use them with my kids but the stand is not make properly, with sharp area/ unfinished / not polished. Very disappointed!

They didn’t ship my order for 12 days

I placed my order expecting prompt shipping, but instead, the item sat in “unshipped” status for 11 days with no updates. Only after I contacted customer support did I learn it was actually out of stock — something that should have been indicated from the start. I still haven’t received the item.
