I placed an order about 3 weeks ago but didn't receive more than a receipt via email. I followed up with the chat who sent me to email customer service. When I did that, I didn't receive a reply; instead, I received a notification that my order was acknowledge and shipped. However, the tracking indicates that USPS is still awaiting the item. Not sure if this order slipped through the cracks or something else is going on.

You reached out to me saying I would get a 10% discount in my 2nd purchase. But when I purchased this $119. 00 order, I only got an 8% discount. When I reached out to you customer service bot, I was told I would only get the 8%. I asked why that is - but I’ve never received an answer. Is this a bait and switch type of scheme?

One of the lid doesn’t fit it’s too loose. Would like money back or replace it pls
