I bought 3 items. Item #1 arrived as specified with its tracking number. Item#2 & 3 were listed as arriving under 1 package (1tracking#). So it was a surprise to receive only Item #2. I thought they missed Item #3. I reached out to their chat and they couldn’t really tell me what had happened. The individual kept telling me they were shipped together. (This was not correct) I then sent an email to their office. (No one ever responded). The individual even escalated my concern and no one ever got back to me. A few days went by and I received Item #3. Totally different package. Online it still shows that item #2 and #3 were shipped together. I’m glad I received my package but disappointed with their service.

The lid of the lunch box I bought doesn't close well, it moves. Maybe it's been designed like that but it was not mentioned on the official website.

We really like these molds. They work great and I love that they arrived in recyclable packaging. I was disappointed that the silicone seals aren’t sturdier though. Maybe it’s just inevitable when they’re being squished into the metal holes they’re sealing, but one of the seals started tearing after the first use. They do come with extra seals, but I guess I wasn’t expecting them to be needed so soon.

The online store is wonderful with so many cool products. I ordered directly from the website but when I got my package the box was ripped and retaped with another address label on it. I think I got someone else’s Amazon return, so I did not get any instructions or information inside of the box. I was a little disappointed with that.

Website was aesthetically pleasing albeit a bit confusing. I would find items in subcategories that wouldn’t show up in the “shop all” section. Once I made my purchase I received several emails about loyalty points but on two separate email accounts. Not sure how I did that. Now neither will sign in and there’s no way to link them. After my item shipped I received an email from UPS saying a package was delivered from Amazon. I thought it was a scam email because I hadn’t ordered anything from Amazon. Didn’t realize the purchase I made on ecozoi.com would be fulfilled by Amazon. Lastly, once I received the item I noticed the cotton bag that came with it had several small stains on it. I didn’t really want the cotton bag, and I certainly did not want a cotton bag with stains on it. Finally, the item review. It was perfect and exactly what I wanted. Beautiful orange colored silicone tops. That were easy enough to take off and put back on. Tight seal with no leaks and so lightweight. Overall, the ordering process was a huge hassle for the one item I ordered and I am not likely to order from them again.
