Missing my order still
I placed an order about 3 weeks ago but didn't receive more than a receipt via email. I followed up with the chat who sent me to email customer service. When I did that, I didn't receive a reply; instead, I received a notification that my order was acknowledge and shipped. However, the tracking indicates that USPS is still awaiting the item. Not sure if this order slipped through the cracks or something else is going on.
