The popsicle molds are good; the rating is because customer service is lacking. My initial order was cancelled because they were out of stock and no-one told me. The first time I contacted them, I was told it would ship later. The second time I contacted them, they placed the order a second time without responding to me first. In fact, they only explained because J asked why a new order was charged to me. Not the best exchange.

Way over-packaged! For a company that literally uses "eco" in your name, the double corrugated box was silly.

I have enjoyed the popsicle maker I received. Unfortunately I’ve been waiting weeks for the remaining part of my order.

It is difficult to track packages. My order was shipped separately, I hope. I am waiting to see if I receive the remainder of the items. I like what I have received.

I ordered the popsicle set with stainless steel "sticks" on June 16th is. Today is August 7th and I just received the set. I wrote to them last week asking where my set was and received the reply that they were sorry and I'd receive the set on August 8th. The order before this one was for the stainless steel "sticks". I waited and waited...finally wrote to them. They answered apologizing telling me they were out of stock. The "sticks" arrived within a week of my email. I really like the product....the stainless steel popsicle set ... but the shipping department needs help. They don't even notify you if they are out of stock on something or having a shipping delay. If you write, they do answer in a timely manner. My advice to anyone ordering...write to them 1 week after you order, don't wait. I'm giving them a 3 because of the delivery experience. The products are very nice!
