Poor purchase process
Website was aesthetically pleasing albeit a bit confusing. I would find items in subcategories that wouldn’t show up in the “shop all” section. Once I made my purchase I received several emails about loyalty points but on two separate email accounts. Not sure how I did that. Now neither will sign in and there’s no way to link them. After my item shipped I received an email from UPS saying a package was delivered from Amazon. I thought it was a scam email because I hadn’t ordered anything from Amazon. Didn’t realize the purchase I made on ecozoi.com would be fulfilled by Amazon. Lastly, once I received the item I noticed the cotton bag that came with it had several small stains on it. I didn’t really want the cotton bag, and I certainly did not want a cotton bag with stains on it. Finally, the item review. It was perfect and exactly what I wanted. Beautiful orange colored silicone tops. That were easy enough to take off and put back on. Tight seal with no leaks and so lightweight.
Overall, the ordering process was a huge hassle for the one item I ordered and I am not likely to order from them again.
