It was nice to finally find stainless steel popsicle sticks, but I was surprised to encounter a tip request on a transaction that required no personal interaction/attention. Also, when I received the sticks, the packets were stapled, and one of those staples was embedded in the silicon handle for one of the sticks.

The issue I have with the item is the lid. I smell something like that of the plastic. Just recently, I decided to switch from using plastic containers to stainless steel because of some of these concerns that plastic do to health.

I am pleased with the easy ordering process, the quick shipping. Family member is in hospital so I have used only a few times but do love the convenience and versatility. So glad I ordered and purchased the pan set But wonder if these are seconds because the lid with the knob has a fine scratch from edge to knob, then somewhat offset continues from the knob but seems to be a little finer scratch. If this is a defect that bypassed quality control, may I exchange the lid for an unmarried one, please. Aside from that I am happy with the product and will be enjoying searching for other items I could use.

The popsicle molds are good; the rating is because customer service is lacking. My initial order was cancelled because they were out of stock and no-one told me. The first time I contacted them, I was told it would ship later. The second time I contacted them, they placed the order a second time without responding to me first. In fact, they only explained because J asked why a new order was charged to me. Not the best exchange.
