Easy Garage Storage

Sales team was great prior to placing the order. Product arrived neatly stacked in a pallet with no damages. Love the quality of the cabinets, I will be adding to my set up in the future!

I love the online configuration tool. I have used it previously for my closets, but this was the first time for my garage. The assembly is pretty straight forward, but having a buddy available is a plus. Depending on design (overall size, number of drawers, etc.) it can be a large DIY project. Please note to double check the item description. I had a tall cabinet which showed 4 shelves in the diagram, but it is only shipped with 3. The description is correct, but I was expecting an additional shelf based on the picture (my fault). Overall, I have been very pleased with my experience. A big upgrade to any closet or garage. I love the additional storage space since I moved and only have a 2 car garage now! See before and after pics.

This product is excellent....heavy duty yet attractive....excellent video installation instructions! Communications on tracking and delivery were a challenge....and it took a month to receive. Give them credit for operating during the pandemic......and would have been a 5 star if their communication on tracking and delay were accurate.....HIGHLY recommend this product and will buy again.

the quality of the cabinet seems to be good. However I had no idea I had to do the entire assembly. There was no mention of this in the description of the product.

I had used Easy Closets for all of the closets in our new home so decided to try them out for the garage. The materials are the same high quality and the instructions are easy to follow. The customer service team was very responsive when some of the materials delivered were damaged. The only reasons I rated them as 4 stars vs. 5 stars is 1. The deliver took significantly longer than estimated (due to the lack of availability of the material choice I selected). I had to contact them to learn this and would have preferred the proactively contact me with this news. 2. Multiple items were damaged and the one of the items that was replaced was also damaged, significantly delaying an already delayed project. To EasyGarage's defense, it was likely the shipping companies fault, but the repeated damaged product (door) likely needs better packaging. Also, they were super responsive when replacing the items so kudos to them.
