Dynasty Mattress Website

The customer service at Dynasty is horrible! I ordered 2 twin xl cool breeze 2.... one was a med firm the other was soft. Dynasty sent me a med soft twin and a med firm. However, the med firm was softer than the med soft. When i called and emailed them pictures of the beds, they told me that the firmness of the mattress is preferred. Whatever that means?! The med soft is definitely defective! After complaining day after day, the finally sent me another med firm of a lesser value and said we could use the defective med firm as the soft mattress... WHAT.A.JOKE! Dont bother with this company! #sorrynotsorry

We ordered medium firm and we got a firm? We tried to contact you right away and you were very slow in responding.

Ordered on 03/24/2021. Shipper stated delivery on 04/16/2021 between 11:00am & 3:00 pm. Has not arrived. Follow up calls to Pilot Shipping stated the shipment handed off to Wings & Wheels. Email sent to W&W on 04/16/21 about 5:00 pm. by Pilot rep. ( very nice). No reply W&W. SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT THOUGH AMAZON. GLENN & DEBORAH

I have been working to cancel my order, one that had not yet shipped upon cancellation, for over a month. It apparently was shipped regardless, but has been in transit since.

it's not holding up well on one side.
