I can’t review the actual
I can’t review the actual item at this point only the company. I ordered my adjustable bed frame on March 17th and have yet to receive it or any information on where it is or when I can expect it. I am constantly having to call Dynasty when they should be calling and updating me. Unacceptable when they were paid almost a month ago.
I understand things happen and don’t have an issue with that. What I do take issue with is the poor communication. Which is exactly what I told the rep when I called. Good customer service doesn’t make it the customers job to chase an item they purchased.
That being said, I’m not ready to give up on them yet due to others positive reviews. I will update my review when/if the item has been received and we have experienced the product.
