My order was lost, I

My order was lost, I had to continually try to track it down, for over three weeks, with very little or no support from Dynasty, near a month it was finally deemed lost, Dynasty lack of engagement was ridiculous, I will never solicit this company, nor recommend you business to anyone in the near future.

I still have not received

I still have not received the speakers that come with our base. I messaged about this and have not heard back . My order is still incomplete. Please respond with an update. Thank you, Brandon Bennett

My bed was to be

My bed was to be delivered on 4/2/2021 today is 5/4/2021 and have not recieved it yet. My wife tracked it down throught the the trucking web site It was sent to the wrong customer in Washington state and sat in his garage for 14 days . It was picked up 4/16/2021 and was sent air freight to Michigan that day as of today I have no idea where it is and I dont think Dynasty mattress knows either.Have talked to the manager at Dynasty but she seems not to care and for the last 20 days cant tell me where it is. On 4/30/2021 I sent an email to the owner and CEO of Dynasty and he has yet to reply. There customer service is absolutly terriable. If this is ever resolved i will never do business with this company nor will I recomend them.
